Impress your friends and family with your skilful patisserie creations after a cookery lesson in the hotel kitchens with our talented pastry chef.

Olivier will teach you and your friends new pastry and dessert-making skills and some professional secrets, during a two-hour lesson at Le Mas Candille.

 

Patisserie workshops to choose from :

Macaroon creation

Chocolate “bonbon” making

Pudding or individual French pastry making

 Course times:

Morning 10 am -12 am OR afternoon 3pm – 5pm (minimum 4 people)

Hours are approximate and subject to change.

Patisserie lessons are available every day, except Sunday and Monday, by advance reservation and subject to space availability.
