What is Your Booking Policy Regarding Cancellations & Refunds?
Le Mas Candille’s current booking policies on cancellations and refunds are:
For stays between 1 April-11 May: No prepayment or deposit required and one days’ notice required for cancellations
For stays between 12 May-21 June: No prepayment or deposit required and three days’ notice required for cancellations
For stays between 25 June-8 July: 50% of the rate to be paid in advance, with a full refund if you cancel at least 7 days in advance.
For stays between 9 July-21 August: 50% of the rate to be paid in advance, with a full refund if you cancel at least 14 days in advance.
For stays between 22 August-2 October: 50% of the rate to be paid in advance, with a full refund if you cancel at least 7 days in advance.
For stays between 3 October-31 October: No prepayment or deposit required and one days’ notice required for cancellations.
Have Your Opening Dates Changed Due to Covid-19?
Yes. Le Mas Candille is currently in the period of its annual closing since November 2020 and will remain closed until April 3rd.

Can I Book Now for the Summer/Winter 2021?
The further ahead you book, the easier it is! Not to mention, having a holiday to look forward to can lift your spirits.

Can I Book Ahead for the Spa & Restaurant or Just for the Hotel?
Yes, to both!
While booking very far ahead for either the spa or the restaurant might present some difficulties, bookings for April/May following our re-opening are encouraged. Book your dinners and spa treatments easily via our website.
Remember that the earlier you book these for those months, the more likely we’ll be able to fit you in!
