This Yoga and Spa weekend is an opportunity to take a break, where you can disconnect, be pampered and ‘let go’, thanks to the daily practice of Vinyasa yoga and a relaxing spa treatment of your choice at Spa Candille.

Le Spa Candille is a real cocooning haven with its own tranquil Zen-like garden where you can freely enjoy the spa hydrotherapy pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and outdoor fitness area.

During your stay at our five-star boutique hotel, we suggest you refocus on yourself and relax in our refined and unique setting.

You can also visit the beautiful medieval village of Mougins just a few steps away, where you will find galleries, restaurants, and an art museum. Or go for a stroll along the “Croisette” in Cannes, located just a few kilometers from Le Mas Candille.

During this wellness retreat, we offer you a special package (features are based per person and per room):

  • 2 nights’ accommodation in a Classic room (Friday and Saturday)
  • 8 hours of Vinyasa yoga (Friday 5 to 7 pm, Saturday 10 to 12 noon and 5 to 7 pm, Sunday 9 to 11 am)
  • A 60-minute treatment in our superb spa
  • 1 wellness lunch on Saturday featuring healthy food with mineral water
  • Breakfast each morning
  • Access to the outdoor facilities of the spa (sauna, heated jacuzzi, heated hydrotherapy pool, outdoor fitness area)

Dinners are available at Le Bistrot du Mas, at an additional cost (advance reservations are recommended).

Yoga classes are taught at the hotel by our passionate and graduate teacher Caroline Bonnin who has been practicing yoga since 2011 and who completed her teaching skills at Ashtanga Yoga Paris in 2017.

During this weekend courses, Caroline will offer energizing Vinyasa Flows incorporating influences from Hatha, Ashtanga, Bikram and Yin Yoga. The program will include a little bit of theory with anatomy, philosophy, and discussions that will complete your Yoga immersion. Her yoga style is intuitive and inspiring… with an emphasis on synchronizing movement and breath.

The practice is accessible to all and variations are proposed to meet the conditions of all students. Each practice brings a sense of strength, well-being, and openness of the body with the aim of letting go, relaxing and connecting to the present moment.

Caroline has a very international background and the different countries where she has lived have greatly influenced her state of mind and her approach to life.
