Star chef of le Mas Candille, Xavier Burelle, will be demonstrating one of his favourite receipe at Les gourmand’Eze.
Les Gourmand’EZE festival- 11th to the 13th of October, is back for a 3rd edition to offer demonstrations and culinary workshops, animations, tastings and cooking battles. This year’s theme is the transmission of culinary know-how.

Today, Xavier Burelle is the Chef of the Candille restaurant, a table confirmed by a Michelin star this year, he signs a very mediterranean cuisine, between tradition and contemporary spirit, while letting his creativity bring some fine fusional touches.
