Le Mas Candille tailor-made reserve by Champagnes DUVAL LEROY

Hotel General Manager, Giuseppe Cosmai, and the team at Le Mas Candille are delighted to present Le Mas Candille reserve Champagne. 

Julien Leroux, le Mas Candille Head Sommelier, and Sandrine Logette, Celler Master at Domaine Duval Leroy, have been working closely together to develop a special reserve -- specific, delicate and generous in Provençal notes -- in an effort to truly reflect the best of Le Mas Candille in a bottle: 

Location: the sunshine, blue skies and sea of the South of France. We have selected an extra dry Champagne which preserves the splendid combination of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, and retains a fresh minerality. 

Generosity: we have chosen harvests from only Premier Cru and Grand Cru plots of land.

Indulgence: The Pinot Noir provides structure and delicate fruity notes. 

Character: With the opportunity to select from great vintages, 2012 grapes provide a fresh fruity base, embellished by individual accents of 2011, 2010, 2009 and 2008 vintages. 

Charm: Chardonnay, the king of Champagne grape varieties, adds finesse and refinement, enlivening the delicate tiny bubbles of this golden liquid.
