Pan-fried foie gras, strawberry, rhubarb and verbena medley, crumble topping


Vegetable tart with strawberries and fresh goat’s cheese from Mouans Sartoux with lemon-scented olive oil


Cians river trout, cooked in fragrant butter, fregola sarda pasta with squid ink, strawberries with balsamic vinegar,

chorizo and garden peas


Gently cooked veal tenderloin, vegetable tian, strawberry stuffed with olive tapenade, light jus with olive oil


Selection of cheese from our cheesemaker (12€)


Rum baba infused with strawberries, light vanilla cream, fromage blanc ice cream


Cheesecake-style mousse, strawberry tartare with long pepper, wild strawberry sorbet
