Behind the Scenes of a Michelin-Starred Restaurant

Our team will accompany you throughout your eight-course degustation menu. They will explain the dishes and answer your questions, providing unmatched insight into the world of gourmet cuisine. This is an exceptional opportunity and is certainly not to be missed.

You will be sitting in the front row as orders are brought into the kitchen by the restaurant team, Chef Xavier Burelle reads them out to his team, and hear the responding “Oui, Chef!” from all corners of the kitchen.

Then, be entertained as each member of the team gets busy with their part of the dish creation, before Xavier pulls the components together to create the finished dishes.

All of this will happen right in front of your chef’s table for two.

An eight-course signature menu created from the Chef’s inspiration, including a glass of champagne on arrival.

 

Now available any night except Sunday and Monday, subject to availability and pre-booking.

(Please note that during an exceptionally hot summer, we may advise you against this option, due to raised temperatures in the kitchen). During those times, we highly recommend an evening dinner at La Pergola, our poolside summer restaurant.
