This Tasting Evening includes for 2 guests:
- A dinner served in our Michelin-starred restaurant Le Candille
- Beverages: 5 glasses of wine per person (1 wine paired with each course), mineral waters and coffee

Open ravioli with French lobster, buttered leeks flavoured with galangal
Lightly cooked John Dory fillet, Provencal French beans and oyster meat, blackberry and savoury foam

Roast Palleville pigeon with local Mougins honey, crushed carrots with cumin and glazed chickpeas

Our Chef regularly changes his menu according to the seasonal products and his inspiration.
Please note that our gastronomic restaurant Le Candille is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, except for dinner from May until September.
