What is Your Booking Policy Regarding Cancellations & Refunds?

Le Mas Candille’s current booking policies on cancellations and refunds are detailed below.

For stays booked between the dates of April-11 May: please give 1 days’ notice prior to cancellation in order to receive a full refund for your booking. When booking, no prepayment or deposit is required.

For stays booked between the dates of 12 May-21 June: please give 3 days’ notice prior to cancellation in order to receive a full refund for your booking. When booking, no prepayment or deposit is required.

For stays booked between the dates of 25 June-8 July: please give 7 days’ notice prior to cancellation in order to receive a full refund for your booking. When booking, a payment of 50% of the reservation's full cost is required.

For stays booked between the dates of 9 July-21 August: please give 14 days’ notice prior to cancellation in order to receive a full refund for your booking. When booking, a payment of 50% of the reservation's full cost is required.

For stays booked between the dates of 22 August-2 October: please give 7 days’ notice prior to cancellation in order to receive a full refund for your booking. When booking, a payment of 50% of the reservation's full cost is required.

For stays booked between the dates of 3 October-31 October: please give 1 days’ notice prior to cancellation in order to receive a full refund for your booking. When booking, no prepayment or deposit is required.

Have Your Opening Dates Changed Due to Covid-19?

Le Mas Candille is currently open, following our winter closure period which ended in April 2021. The hotel will close again in October 2021.

Can I Book Now for the Winter 2021?

You can absolutely book now for winter 2021 reservations!
