Here met the best of the best local suppliers, who shared with attendees their knowledge & expertise, tips & ideas on how best to use their products in their own dishes.
Guests were able to take in the stunning view towards the perfume capital of Grasse while watching live demonstrations from chef David Chauvac & his team, including Olivier Roth, chef patisserie. I was lucky to attend their market so can give you a glimpse into these delights. I swear I can still remember the taste & smells from the live cooking demos!
Remember, there is ample free parking at the hotel, or you can park in the village and stroll down the hill after an amble round the village galleries and museums. We highly recommend a visit to the Mougins Museum of Classical Art (MACM) and the Photography Museum.
Our other favourite markets in the Côte d’Azur are:
Valbonne on a Friday morning
Forville in Cannes, daily
Antibes, mornings only.
And why not check out the Afternoon Tea at Le Mas Candille? It’s amazing!
