Le Candille - gastronomic restaurant : Come and try the new season "A La Carte Menu" that our Executive Chef, Serge Gouloumès, wanted to be unexpected, audacious with a dash of nonchalance, but still prepared with fresh produces shopped every morning at the market.

The poolside Restaurant La Pergola is situated beside the main pool and offers a selection of high quality, lovingly prepared food throughout the day, including breakfast for hotel guests during the season. The relaxed, poolside, eating environment reflects the light and informal way of life of the region.

Cuisine: Grill food, fish, shellfish, salads, light snacks and full bar service.

Dress code: Casual attire or bathing suit, footwear recommended

Opening hours from May 1st to September 30th:
7.30 am - 10.30 am, breakfast
12.00 am - 3.00 pm, lunch grills and snacks
3.00 pm - 7.00 pm, bar and bar snacks
7.00 pm - 11.00 pm, dinner (July and August only)
