Le Candille, One Michelin Star

With a gastronomic menu to rival the most acclaimed Cannes' restaurants, the Michelin-starred Restaurant Candille promises one of the finest dining experiences on the French Riviera. Located just 25 minutes from Cannes' La Croisette, the Restaurant Candille is the main restaurant at the luxury hotel, Le Mas Candille in Mougins and offers a gourmet experience to delight the connoisseur and satisfy the appetites of every persuasion.

Located within the beautiful setting of the Provence countryside, this highly acclaimed Mougins restaurant has been awarded a coveted Michelin star for its outstanding food and excellent service.

Restaurant Candille offers a genuine gastronomic experience within an intimate and sumptuous setting. The artistic flair of the dining room is equally matched by the creative flair of 'chef celebre', Serge Gouloumes, whose culinary talent and passion for cooking is rapidly establishing Restaurant Candille as one of the best restaurants on the Cote d'Azur. 

Serge's wonderful innovative style is truly reflected in his passion for detail and his cuisine is enriched with exotic flavours that he incorporates into his Italian and Provençal based cooking. Each of his dishes is a genuine invitation to travel to gastronomic heaven ending with a dessert of spicy depths.

Guests can dine al fresco beneath the shade-dappled terrace of the orangery, while enjoying the stunning vista of Grasse and the Pre-Alpes or within the sumptuous surroundings of the main dining room.

The enticing menus at Restaurant Candille may include Special Candille Tatin of Foie Gras and Armagnac, Tournedos of Simmental Beef with Summer Truffes, Baby Vegetables and Chervil Emulsion, followed by a delightfully light and melt-in-the-mouth dessert.

Open to non-residents of the hotel, Restaurant Candille in Mougins is just a short drive from Cannes, and is a delightful alternative to the many restaurants in Cannes.

Open all year for lunch and dinner *

* From October to January, from Sunday evening to Wednesday lunch inclusive, the gastronomic menu is not available. Guests can enjoy instead the gourmet menus 'Flavours of the Day' (3 courses) for lunch and 'Evening Flavours' (4 courses) for dinner.

From May to September, the Restaurant Candille is closed for lunch on Mondays and Tuesdays. Guests can enjoy instead a lunch at La Pergola our poolside restaurant.
