Chef’s Table at Le Mas Candille! Le Mas Candille invites you behind the scenes of its Michelin starred gastronomic restaurant, Le Candille.

Discover the ultimate dining experience for two inside the kitchen of Le Candille during a Friday or Saturday night service.

Our Chef David Chauvac will be right there with you throughout to explain the dishes and answer your question, whilst you enjoy an 8 Course Discovery Menu

Menu costs 150 euros per person
Including a glass of champagne and mineral water
(Wines à la carte not included)

Please note that this menu is regularly updated regarding the season and our Chef’s inspiration. 

Fresh tuna carpaccio, tofu cream with miso, crunchy salad with seaweed
Fresh spring herbs, mesclun leaves and green beans, chanterelle mushrooms and Jabugo ham
Thin fillet of John Dory seared on one side, pureed potatoes, roast truffled artichokes
Pigeon breast caramelised with date juice, crispy pigeon thighs and semolina with almonds
Selection of cheeses from our cheesemaker
