This Roller Coaster Evening includes for 2 guests:
- A 8 course dinner served in our Michelin-starred restaurant Le Candille
- Beverages: a glass of wine per person per course according to a meal and wine harmony, mineral waters and coffee
Fresh tuna carpaccio, tofu cream with miso, crunchy salad with seaweed
Fresh spring herbs, mesclun leaves and green beans, chanterelle mushrooms and Jabugo ham
Thin fillet of John Dory seared on one side, pureed potatoes, roast truffled artichokes
Pigeon breast caramelised with date juice, crispy pigeon thighs and semolina with almonds
Selection of cheeses from our cheesemaker
Our Chef regularly changes his menu according to the seasonal products and his inspiration.
Please note that our gastronomic restaurant Le Candille is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, except for dinner from May until September.
